2026 CBTC Advisor Retreat Registration
Join Us for Castle Bound Travel Company's annual Travel Advisor Retreat, January 29th - February 1st, 2026 at the Disney Yacht & Beach Resort & Spa! From creating memories in the parks to a fun & interactive company conference, come enjoy the magic with your fellow CBTC travel advisors!
*Please note that this is a limited capacity event and conference registration availability is limited. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Overall Details:

Limit two conference attendees per room. Advisors may bring family members and book as many rooms as needed. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and you can extend your stay by adding up to three days before or after the conference.
Family joining you? No Problem! Just a gentle reminder, conference & company exclusive events are for CBTC Travel Advisors only, but families are more than welcome to room with you and meet up during your free time!
*Agents staying at Port Orleans Riverside, please note that transportation to and from events will not be provided.
*Please be advised that we will not be allowed to add any additional rooms to the group booking. The lead guest is responsible for all room charges. In the event of a cancellation within 30 days prior of the event, CBTC reserves the right to withhold or invoice the agent for the full cost of the room, either through direct payment or a negative commission adjustment.
Weekend Loose Itinerary:
Thursday Evening: Retreat Check-In, Optional Advisor Workshop, + New Agent Meet & Greet
Friday: Conference Day
Saturday: In-Park CBTC Exclusive Experience, A Day in the Theme Parks: *1 Park Hopper Ticket Required & The CBTC Celebration Dinner
Sunday: Check-out
Please note that there will be an additional optional Events & Meetup Schedule released closer to Retreat!
*Discount tickets available for purchase through group booking link for agents staying at Disney Yacht & Beach Resort & Spa and Port Orleans.
**Select advisors may be invited to participate in capacity-limited activities and will receive additional communication with specific details.
Agents must have reached yearly $10,000 booking minimum by December 1st in order to confirm their space at Retreat - this does not apply to agents in their first year. In the event an agent has not met the minimum, their registration will be canceled and becomes non-refundable.
