Event Details:
Location: BRAND NEW! Stella Nova Hotel, Universal Studios Orlando
Rooming: 2 Queen Beds - Double Occupancy - Two Agents Per Room
Dates: Thursday, February 27 - Sunday, March 2, 2025
Cost: $150 per agent (Non-refundable, Non-commissionable, Does not go toward total bookings)
Capacity: Limited to 16 Agents
 
Cost/Package Includes:
3-Day Park-to-Park Ticket: Tickets valid starting February 27th at either Universal Studios, Island of Adventure or Volcano Bay.
Exclusive Training Day: Friday, February 28th includes 6-8 hours of instructional time with our Business Development Manager, plus guided resort tours. In park evening.
In Park Day: Saturday, February 29th. 
Self Paced Park Day: Thursday, February 27th or Sunday, March 2nd. 
Optional Company Dinner: Thursday, February 27th. Time/location TBD.* 
Networking Opportunities: Connect with other CBTC agents and experience exclusive activities, co-sponsored by Universal and CBTC

Eligibility Requirements:
Mandatory Attendance: All agents are required to attend the entire program, including mandatory training on February 28th and CBTC sponsored events
Responsibility for Own Expenses: Transportation, meals, and other personal expenses are not included
No Family or Friends Permitted: This is an agent-only event
 
Additional Information:
Roommate Assignments: Roommate pairings will be determined by CBTC, and we are unable to accommodate specific requests. Please keep in mind that your roommate is simply a sharing arrangement for your accommodations; there’s no expectation for you to spend the weekend together. This pairing is for rooming purposes only, allowing you the freedom to enjoy the event independently. *Agents will be paired with roommates of the same gender.
Expectations for Participation: This event is designed for serious agents with a commitment to growing their training & business with Universal Parks & Resorts; absence or failure to attend mandatory sessions may result in future ineligibility.
Travel & Meals: Transportation to/from hotel and Universal Studios, as well as meals and personal expenses, are not included
