Hey Friends! My name is Kara and I live In Kernersville, NC with my husband Chad and our two fur babies, Gracie and Macy. By day I am a Mortgage Loan Specialist, but my real passion is being a Travel Expert and helping plan your magical vacations.
In addition to loving all things Disney, I love sports, especially the Tar Heels and Carolina Panthers, spending time with friends and family, and the beach, especially North Carolina beaches. When I am not spending my vacations at a Disney destination, you can find me at Carolina Beach, where my family owns a house.
I have converted my husband to a Disney adult, and we take at least one vacation to Walt Disney World together each year. I am also an annual passholder and try to visit the parks at much as I can throughout the year!
While Walt Disney World is my home park, I also have so much love for Disneyland Resort. There is just something so magical about walking Walt's original park! In 2023, I was able to take my first Disney Cruise, and I am HOOKED! I cannot wait to go on my next cruise!

My Disney Must-Do
I have a few Disney Must-Do items for each trip:
1- Ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind--it is in my opinion hands down the best ride at Walt Disney World. I love it so much, I try for virtual queue AND purchase Individual Lightning Lane for it!
2- Buy a popcorn bucket. Disney popcorn is superior to any other popcorn! You can buy a refillable popcorn bucket, and get refills for only $2.
3- Get Memory Maker! Having someone else take photos that allow the entire family in the shot is so worth it. There are photopass photographer cast members around every corner in the parks, so you can take as many photos as you like, and don't forget to ask them for a magic shot! In addition to photos around the parks, ride photos are always so fun!
4- Have the best time, don't stress it too much, and most importantly use your travel expert!
