Tiana's Bayou Adventure

Make a splash at Walt Disney World with the brand-new addition of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in Magic Kingdom. This exciting new attraction opens to the general public on June 28, 2024. However, Annual Passholders have the opportunity to join a virtual queue on select days starting June 13th. Annual Passholders must have a Magic Kingdom theme park reservation to join the 7 AM virtual queue. If you don’t have a Magic Kingdom reservation, have no fear—the 1 PM queue can be joined by any Annual Passholder as long as they enter a different theme park prior to 1 PM.

When Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opens to the general public on June 28th, guests will be able to join a 7 AM or a 1 PM virtual queue. In addition to the virtual queue system, guests who purchase Genie+ can make a Genie+ selection for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. There will not be a traditional standby line when the ride opens this summer, but the ride will eventually have one.

Located in Frontierland, guests will be able to shop in the brand-new store Critter Co-Op beginning on June 28, 2024. The Tiana’s Bayou Adventure collection will be available for purchase here, as well as in the Emporium on Main Street USA. There will be a wide variety of clothing, toys, pins, and other fun Princess and the Frog-inspired merchandise items. Critter Co-Op will be one of the few stores in Magic Kingdom offering Merchandise Mobile Checkout, which is a great way to cut down on waiting in lines.

After riding Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and shopping to your heart's content, it’ll be time for a snack! Head over to the Golden Oak Outpost in Frontierland. Beginning June 28th through September 6th, there will be beignets in Magic Kingdom, and we couldn’t be more excited! In addition to the beignets, there will be some fun new Cajun additions to the menu. Shrimp and Sausage Gumbo, along with Hot Honey Chicken and Sweet Potato Fries, will be added to the temporary menu this summer. We are always so impressed by the offerings the Golden Oak Outpost has for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. We’re sure these new items will live up to the hype.
